Move-construct an overlapped handle from a handle of another executor type.
template< typename Executor1> basic_overlapped_handle( basic_overlapped_handle< Executor1 > && other, typename constraint< is_convertible< Executor1, Executor >::value, defaulted_constraint >::type = defaulted_constraint());
This constructor moves a handle from one object to another.
The other overlapped handle object from which the move will occur.
Following the move, the moved-from object is in the same state as if
